Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1000 (within India) for prepaid orders only (select Priority Shipping at checkout)

Vunu Cart ships worldwide and has an unmatched delivery timeline and tracking options for all orders placed.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All orders will be delivered within 5 working days. In an unlikely event of high delays, you will be communicated of the development that happens via the email. We use the fastest delivery services in the country, hence you can expect to receive your prepaid orders (orders that are paid online) within 5 working days for most of the pin codes (by Selected Courier Company).

We do not ship in Sundays and Public Holidays as our delivery partners do not pick up shipments/accept shipments on these days from us.

Charges

A. For Prepaid Order (Online paid orders)

We do not levy any shipping charge for order worth above 1000 INR. For order value worth less than 1000 INR, we charge 100 INR as shipping and handling charge.

B. For Cash on Delivery (or Pay on Delivery Orders)

We levy a flat 159 INR handling and CoD fees (the fees is subject to change).

We do not offer opening of packages before payment at the time of delivery (open delivery is not allowed by our courier partners). Please do not order CoD goods if you have this intention upon product delivery.

About Cash on Delivery (CoD)

1. CoD is not available for International Orders

2. We may refuse to fulfil orders to customers with repeated order refusals upon delivery. In case a customer placed a second CoD order with the first order still being in transit, we may delay the shipment of second order until the first one gets delivered.

3. Customers cannot ask for opening of packages before payment at the time of delivery (open delivery is not allowed by our courier partners).

International Shipping Policy

For international orders, we use DHL, FedEx or MAC as our delivery partners.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Vunu Cart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

About Tracking Links

It may take a few hours for the tracking link to become activated. Once an order tracking link is generated, an email is sent to the customer with the shipment waybill number and the tracking link.
